Keisha Johnson is an experienced educator and professional with a strong background in conflict resolution, mediation, leadership, and business management. She holds a Master’s in Conflict Resolution & Mediation, an MBA in Business Administration, and a Bachelor’s in Organizational Leadership & Management.

As an Adjunct Professor, Keisha teaches courses in Critical Business Skills, Information Systems, and Telecommunications Systems Management, leveraging her expertise in problem-solving, communication, and professional development. Her extensive experience in conflict resolution and mediation has equipped her with the tools to effectively teach parenting classes, helping parents navigate challenges, improve communication, and foster positive family dynamics. Through her compassionate and solution-focused approach, Keisha empowers parents with practical strategies to build strong, healthy relationships with their children.
